In addition, she has worked as a health care professional for over seven years with a successful track record of working with health care teams and external customers. She has expertise in hospital management, hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives, analysis, trending, reporting, and training.

Kerry Ann Hayon, Vice President and Co-Founder
Program and Relationship Development

Kerry Ann holds a Masters Degree in Health Administration and Policy from The George Washington University and is currently working as the Business Operations Manager for the Division of Cardiology at Tufts Medical Center. She has worked in a variety of healthcare organizations focusing on process analysis, design and enhancement, leadership development, strategic planning, organizational development, and operational efficiency analysis and systematic implementation.

Helena Carvalho, Treasurer and Co-Founder
Information Manager and Event Planning

Helena works in the real estate industry, in the commercial and residential arenas, with experience in operations, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. Currently working on an MBA at Suffolk University, she also holds an MPA from Suffolk University and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Trinity College. A first generation Portuguese-American, Helena is fluent in Portuguese and travels frequently to Portugal. As a resident of Beacon Hill, Helena enjoys exploring the culture, art and history Boston offers.

Sasha Talcott, Secretary and Co-Founder
Membership recruitment and outreach

Sasha is Director of Communications and Outreach for Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center. She oversees efforts to make faculty research available to policy makers, business leaders, academics and media. Previously, she was a reporter for the Boston Globe, covering topics from the Red Sox’s Fenway Park renovations, to Bank of America’s $48 billion acquisition of Fleet Boston, to City Council elections. After Hurricane Katrina, she flew to New Orleans to report on events there. She is a graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.

Abby Williamson, Clerk and Co-Founder

Creative Director, Web and Marketing Design

Abby is the NE Regional Advertising Manager for Harvard University's Harvard Magazine. She began in marketing at WaMu Bank and then transitioned to client relations at Torrey Pines Golf Course, CA. She returned to Boston to pursue marketing and advertising in 2004, representing various client's media buys from large corporate entities to boutique specialty shops. Abby helped launch Skirt! Women's Magazine in 2007. She's studied design at MassArt and is currently enrolled in a Fine Arts Degree Progam focusing on Illustration, Design & Creative Writing at Lesley University's AIB. In 2007, she launched her own design & illustration company, PrettyPowerhouseStudio.
