AWARDS
It is important to take the time to recognize people who are making a difference. We have found that during the process of starting Tomorrow’s Women TODAY- The Boston Women's Leadership Council- we have been mentored, supported, educated, inspired, and assisted by many great women and men. We understand and value the importance of recognizing them.
Woman of TODAY
Karen Kaplan, President of Hill Holliday in Boston, is a mentor to many emerging female leaders -- and she is a mentor to the founders of Tomorrow’s Women Today. Her generosity of spirit and wisdom helped to inspire the Founders to create an organization where talented young women on executive career paths could connect, share information, and help each other along the way. Karen’s intelligence, humor, and stalwart support of Tomorrow’s Women Today have been instrumental to the organization’s success. We acknowledge her as an exemplary “Woman of Today.”

As important as it is for us to recognize the women that have made a difference for us, it is equally important to recognize the men who have helped us along the way. Tomorrow's Women TODAY is pleased to announce our first Man of TODAY Award recognizes Professor Richard Gregg, MA, MBA, and Operating Director of Healthcare Programs at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, for providing wisdom, guidance and support to our organization.
