As employment jitters remain during the slow economic recovery, women on their way up the corporate ladder are increasingly looking for a hand from the women above them. Mentoring can have a big impact on a person's career, but because there still aren't a lot of women in high-level positions, it can be hard for younger women to find female role models. That is why two members of the Massachusetts Women's Forum leadership group started Women Opening Doors for Women, an annual dinner that pairs established executives with aspiring leaders.
